Right now, Miles City is experiencing a Seller’s Market with high demand and low supply, which is GREAT for you as a seller. All you really need to worry about is setting the correct price. Whether or not you’ll sell your house isn’t a realistic question. Trust, it will sell. However, because homes sell so fast, there really isn’t any room for negotiating price. Typically, sellers list at extremely high prices in hopes of meeting a buyer somewhere in the middle. But what happens when that buyer is willing to pay full price and your home won’t appraise that high?
